A: Yes, all of our owners are provided their assigned property manager’s contact information.

A: Yes, in fact we prefer distributing rental income by direct deposit.

Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: As your Broker, we sign the lease agreements and all paperwork. We will provide you a copy on request.

A: Yes, we are a full service real estate firm.

Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: We prefer direct deposit, but can issue traditional checks. Rental income is usually distributed to the owners around the 15th of every month.

Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: Once we complete the necessary paperwork and obtain access to the property and any current lease contracts, we can start as soon as needed.

A: We manage all types of residential properties, from multi-family to executive homes.

Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: Owners are provided an Income Statement monthly.

Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A: At Home Properties retains the security deposit in a trust account according to the Texas Property Code.
