  The Inventory and Condition Form is the way to protect yourself from previous damages, if any, to the property. We conduct make ready inspections on each property prior to move in, however, sometimes minor damages can be missed. Please be sure to carefully notate any findings on the form and return to our office within five days of your lease start date.
